We are a professional Group pharmaceutical glass type 1 borosilicate glass vials suppliers engaged in the manufacture and sale of glass work business, including borosilicate clear glass tube and rods, pharmaceutical glass tubes, neutral glass tubes, tubular glass vials, moulded glass vials, glass ampoules, rubber stopper, Aluminum and plastic caps. Workshop Production Video
Munan Glass Factory in Binzhou, Shandong (est. 2010) spans 231,660㎡, producing 500M+ ampoules/vials and 25K tons/year of glass tubing. Facilities include production workshops, R&D labs, warehouses, and a 2014-built eco-friendly purification plant.
Munan Glass Facility features 2 storage bases, 1 automated 3D warehouse, R&D/tech centers, and specialized workshops (medicinal glass tubing, high/medium/low borosilicate silicon). Key infrastructure includes 3 pressing lines, 2 blowing units, and a 2014-built eco-friendly purification workshop—China’s largest high-standard plant. Equipped with fully automated bottle-making machines, tube pullers, and AI-driven glass kilns, it optimizes precision and sustainability.
There are currently over 1000 employees, 20 R&D technicians (Among them, there are 5 doctoral students), over 940 production technicians (More than 2 years of service experience), 10 equipment maintenance personnel (More than 10 years of service experience), and over 60 other office staff.
The corporate office of Munan Pharmaceutical Glass integrates cutting-edge design with sustainability, housing R&D labs and collaborative workspaces dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical glass vials.

In 2023, the company participated in a pharmaceutical packaging exhibition in Egypt to expand its business and market in the Middle East and Africa, as well as increase its understanding of local market demand.
