Workshop Production Video
Munan Glass Factory in Binzhou, Shandong (est. 2010) spans 231,660㎡, producing 500M+ ampoules/vials and 25K tons/year of glass tubing. Facilities include production workshops, R&D labs, warehouses, and a 2014-built eco-friendly purification plant.
Munan Glass Facility features 2 storage bases, 1 automated 3D warehouse, R&D/tech centers, and specialized workshops (medicinal glass tubing, high/medium/low borosilicate silicon). Key infrastructure includes 3 pressing lines, 2 blowing units, and a 2014-built eco-friendly purification workshop—China’s largest high-standard plant. Equipped with fully automated bottle-making machines, tube pullers, and AI-driven glass kilns, it optimizes precision and sustainability.
There are currently over 1000 employees, 20 R&D technicians (Among them, there are 5 doctoral students), over 940 production technicians (More than 2 years of service experience), 10 equipment maintenance personnel (More than 10 years of service experience), and over 60 other office staff.
