Wash-free sterile glass bottles refer to glass bottles that have been strictly sterilized (such as high temperature, EO, radiation, etc.) during the production process and are sealed and packaged, and do not need to be cleaned and disinfected again when used.

Classification of packaging methods for clean sterile glass bottles:
Mode 1: Conventional soft PP box
200-500 per box, contact discharge between glass bottles in the box. Suitable for batch production lines.
Mode 2: Independent packaging
1 glass vial is individually packaged, suitable for using 1 vial each time.
Mode 3: 5-10 small box packaging
5 or 10 per box, no contact between glass bottles. Suitable for small batch application scenarios.
Mode 4: Rigid nest tray/nest board and barrel/nest box packaging
30-120 per box, no contact between glass bottles. Suitable for filling production lines that can directly fill glass bottles in nested trays.
